Unfortunately, there are no known protocols to reverse MCAS that I am aware of. If you've been formally diagnosed, your provider likely told you there is no cure and you will need antihistamines and mast cell stabilizers for life. I didn't accept that answer and spent years reversing what I was told was impossible. Now, I hope to share what I did in hopes that it will help you too.
