Danger Response and Levers Moving at Right Times
TLDR - If your bodily levers are moving at the right times, your body will know when to react and defend itself from external dangers and stressors. Supporting your “levers moving at the right times” also supports your “danger response.”
Same concept as Danger Response and Body Battery.
Examples
Detoxification: The liver, kidneys, and other detoxification organs are most active during the night, particularly between 1-3 AM. This is when the body is at rest, allowing these organs to efficiently filter and eliminate toxins from the body.
Immune Response: The immune system, including the activity of T cells, ramps up during the night, particularly during sleep, when the body focuses on repair and recovery. This timing enhances the body's ability to recognize and combat pathogens, preventing infections and diseases.
Stress Recovery: The production of cortisol, a key stress hormone, peaks in the early morning (around 6-8 AM) to prepare the body for the day ahead. Stress recovery mechanisms, including the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, dominate in the evening and night, helping the body recover from the stressors of the day during rest.
